This 3 level townhome is ideal for families of all ages and is a great value compared to other oceanfront units. The 13-unit complex, '13 on the Beach' is conveniently located right on the water between 42nd and 43rd streets. It's easy to run back and forth from the beach to the house if you don't want to stay out in the sun all day or for a quick bite to eat. The two decks overlooking the ocean are prefect for evening relaxation. We even have a third deck on the west side if you want to watch the sun set! The full kitchen, washer and dryer give you no reason to leave! You can walk to the grocery store and at least a dozen restaurants or we are within a short drive of many, many more. Rental prices are set by the week, with a Sat(check in 3pm) -Sat(check out 10am) schedule. Come and enjoy the uninterrupted sound of the Atlantic Ocean as the soothing background noise of your getaway!

Nearest Ferry: Cape May-Lewes Ferry at 31 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Rt. 50 and Ocean Highway at 5 Miles
Car: not necessary
Ocean City is a small island bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the Eastern side and the Assawoman Bay on the Western side. The ocean and bay combine to provide for countless water activities including jet skiing, surfing, speed and fishing boat rentals, parasailing, as well as many interesting activities at the local convention center. Within the City there are countless miniature golf courses, theme restaurants, outlet shopping opportunities, and ice-cream shops. This rental is also located about 15 blocks from the boardwalk, where there are tons of shops and rides as well as eateries. Ocean City is also within about fifteen minutes of the islands Assateague and Chincoteague where it is possible to view the famous wild ponies in their natural habitat.

Immaculate & clean. Rooms are big with plenty of storage. Views from the decks are breathtaking. The children loved the bunkbeds.
We were able to park 2 suv's, T wise without a problem. It included full sized kitchen appliances ( not apt.sized)
We enjoyed having a BBQ a few evenings, just to stay at home and relax. This unit was eveything it had said it to be, and exceeded our expectations. We are looking foreward to returning!
