Our condo is an Oceanfront retreat equipped with the latest and greatest: THREE wonderful balconies facing the Atlantic, and THREE great pools! The living room terrace gives you both East and South views of the ocean, beach and pier, and even the far point of the Wildlife Refuge. Located on the same level as the LARGEST of the pools, hot tub, and outdoor grills for easy family access. 42' LCD TV with DVD and surround sound in the living room, Wii game station, and TV/ DVD combos in all bedrooms. Connect your iPod to the surround sound system. SECURE Wireless internet included. Use of beach chairs, boogie boards and a large sea kayak with life vests provided. For children we have a high chair, booster chair, and a pack n play (no sheets), also, lots of books. Full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, well equipped kitchen. Linen and Towel Package included. Use of Condominium Amenities are included.

Sanctuary Resort Area and Amenities at Sandbridge: The Sanctuary, rising majestically from the pristine sands of Virginia's Outer Banks, is Paradise Found! The Resort sits on a thin strip of land known as the Virginia Outer Banks, and is located next to the Wildlife Refuge, the Back Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. You will catch Awe-inspiring sunsets and encounter unspoiled coastline. Every day you will see dolphins, pelicans, surfers and fishermen enjoying the area. In the Refuge you can hike and explore the wetlands. The Sanctuary sits on the beach, so there are no roads to cross. Hop easily from the beach to one of the 3 courtyard pools with an additional oceanfront swim-up bar. There are poolside grills with nearby dining tables, and an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as room service, pool-side service, and catering for on-site meetings and conferences. You will also find: Poolside & Library WiFi; a library with selection of books; a Fitness Room and Game Room; and a Convenience Store

Attractions, Shopping & Dining: The Sanctuary Resort is just fifteen minutes south of the resort city of Virginia Beach. Here you'll find a wide range of attractions, activities, festivals, dining, dancing, shipping and more. Virginia Beach's boardwalk is three miles long. Throughout the year, the boardwalk plays host to concerts, sporting events, art shows, street performers, and fireworks. Closer to Sandbridge is the Virginia Aquarium where you'll find yourself face-to-face with the rich sea life of our area. Next door is Ocean Breeze Water Park with slides, pools, children's area and more. If shopping is more your bag, boutique stores to souvenir shops can be found from the oceanfront to the trendy Hilltop area. Visit Lynnhaven Mall or the new downtown for even more options. The oceanfront and Hilltop areas feature a variety of dining options as well. Virginia Beach is also home to an active nightlife with music venues, nightclubs and more. For day trips, Colonial Williamsburg is a fun getaway.

We purchased the condo to give our kids a life at the beach. Both my husband and I grew up on beaches, and loved the laid back life style. Sandbridge has given us all of that and more. We love it here.

Unpretentious and uncrowded, Sandbridge, Virginia's outerbank, is a family-friendly vacation getaway. Sandbridge's secluded five-mile shore offers an ocean of activities: canoe, kayak, boating, sailing, water-skiing or jet skiing, bike, hike, surf, swim, body board, or get a volleyball game going on the beach. Hooked on fishing? Cast your line in the surf or off Little Island Park's fishing pier, open 5:30 am - 11 pm daily. If you prefer calmer waters, head for Back Bay. Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge is literally at your back door. Set for tennis? Little Island Park offers two free public courts which are lighted 'til 10 pm nightly. If you're a golfer, welcome to heaven. Three great courses are close by - Hell's Point, is just five minutes from the Sanctuary Resort. While Sandbridge is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you're only 20 minutes from exciting attractions, shopping, dining and the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Most relaxing vacation ever!

From the moment we opened the door and looked straight out to the ocean to see a group of dolphins swimming by, we felt the stress of every day life just melt away! Watching the sunrise every morning from the balconies wasn't too shabby either! We enjoyed the ease of getting out on the sand in the morning then transitioning to one of the pools on the afternoon.

When we'd had enough sun during the day, we simply " hung out" in the condo for the night. The kitchen was perfect, the bedrooms spacious and the living room was comfy! We all managed to even get in a few naps while listening to the waves crash nearby.

Will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting- views of the water are spectacular. The condo is set up for maximum privacy, wth masterbedroom looking out over the beach. Walk out the front door, and you're at the pool area- great for young ones. We loved the free gas grills around the pool area. Great location, close to everything, but still private. We will be back again.

A little bit of heaven for the whole family!

We have visited Sandbridge many times and always come back to THIS condo as it is just beautiful, and well located. We now have two young kids and find the location great because it is only one quick flight of stairs when we head back from the beach, or forget something. The kids love the pools, which are just outside the front door, and if someone has to go inside during the day, we can still see everyone else on the beach from the condo's balcony. Ideal location! The owners make sure to leave lots of useful items for the baby so I don't need to drag everything from home--everything from kid-friendly dishes to books/toys and other supplies. We plan to keep coming back as often as possible!
