COME AND RELAX AT THIS GORGEOUS GULF FRONT CONDO.
RECENTLY REMODELED! This beautiful 'Tommy Bahama' style condo is awaiting YOU!!
Beautiful fourth floor unit directly on the Gulf of Mexico with intercoastal waterway views from the Master Bed Room. **Recently added new walk in shower.** This is one of the few one bedroom condominium buildings on Indian Shores. The Chateaux attracts mostly adult renters because of its one bedroom units.
This is an ideal location for the active vacationer or the vacationer who just wants some rest and relaxation. Sarasota/Bradenton is a scenic drive south. Orlando theme parks are just a 1 1/2 hour drive. Busch Gardens is a short distance located in Tampa. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightening and the American League Champion Ray's are a short drive away. The Yankee's and the Blue Jays spring train right in our back yard. If your looking for some adult time you can visit the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, the largest casino in the State of Florida with newly installed Las Vegas style slots and table games. You will agree there is never a dull moment on Florida's central gulf coast.
Watch the dolphins frolic as you sip your morning coffee and enjoy your evening cocktails watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the calming surf of the Gulf of Mexico right from your private balcony. There is no better way to end your Florida day.
These are our grandsons' - our pride and joy and one of the reason's we bought this condo. We purchased this unit May of 2008 and totally remodeled it. We completed it in a few weeks time with the help of reliable sub contractors. I, especially, enjoyed the decorating and the purchasing of the furnishings. We feel our condo is comfortable and relaxing to the long term vacationer. We no longer reside locally so this is where we come to relax when visiting friends and relatives if we can even get in due to its popularity. This is our second condo purchased in Indian Shores Florida.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2008
We love the beaches along this northern stretch of Pinellas County. They are less populated and more like a quaint Florida beach town. Restaurants are scattered along Gulf Blvd but to do any shopping you need to leave the beach area. Buses and trolley's run frequently and will take you every where throughout the county. We especially enjoy the 'Chateaux' as it has only one bedroom units and is condusive to couples whether young or old. We chose to keep the occupancy at just 2 so it can be truly enjoyed and not over crowded.
Lounging by the pool and exchanging conversation with your fellow vactioners. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Listening to the surf and watching the sea birds scurry as the tide rolls in and out. Take a leisurely after dinner stroll along the beach. Watching the dolphin's perform as they swim by and lastly the beautiful evening sunsets.
We had a 3 hour flight delay from Columbus to Tampa to start this weekend get away with! It was so frustrating. But once we landed in Tampa and I called the rental agent...it was easy from there on out! We were very worried about getting to the rental office before it closed, but all we had to do was call and she took care of it. Very easy to deal with. Gloria was a doll too! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous location. It is right on the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The area is mostly residential, not touristy, and we loved it. Not a ton of crowds on the beach, no traffic. Perfect! There are plenty of places just a very short drive up the street. We ate at Crabby Bills (yum) the first night which was great. Clearwater Beach is a short drive, and there is a really good Publix not far from there also. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport and St Pete, and not far at all. The assigned parking is nice and the building does have an elevator and luggage carts. The pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs. The condo itself was more than we expected. Very roomy and everything was there we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, it has a K-cup for coffee lovers :) The ONLY minor thing was only 2 of the pillows had pillow cases. There was plenty of pillows, and maybe the pillow cases were there somewhere, but we could not find them :) And make sure you bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs there. Oh..and make sure you go out on the beach and see the critters at night! There is a flashlight there for you to use :) Our last day there was PERFECT..gorgeous morning and we spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching a group of dolphins that lingered for some time out in the water right in front of us. The water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back..cannot wait to get back! Thank youuu :)
It was a great stay, only thing is the bathroom sink is a bit awkward but we managed, and the unit needs some bowls for salad, there are small bowls but for making a big salad there was nothing. Other than that everything was fine.
We have rented in Florida before, and this condo is outstanding. Beautiful beach, beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen. This was a last minute rental and the owner was wonderful to work with and the condo has everything you could possibly need. We absolutely love the area, found great seafood and produce markets in the nearby towns. Comfortable bed and furniture. Cannot wait to come back next year hopefully for the full month or longer.
We stayed at this property for a week on our honeymoon this October. The property was clean and gorgeous. It was very private with a beautiful view of the gulf on the patio. It was the perfect place for our beach honeymoon. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with gadgets. One of the beach chairs broke so we left two new ones to use on our next visit. We had several excellent meals at the Salt Rock. We wanted to go to the put put across the street but never made it, it looked like fun. We definitely plan to come to this property time and time again.
Overall a nice stay. There were many more children at the Chateaux this year than in past. I thought with one bedroom condos this would keep the amount of people down but it didnt. Families piling into one bedroom condos. The property though is well maintained! The unit was nice but we were left with only a half roll of toilet paper for the week? The unit did not have a hair dryer but it does now! We bought one and left it for others. The unit does have beach chairs and a cooler for the beach or pool! The bed is a king and the mattress was decent. Overall a nice unit
