This cozy house is located west of the Adirondacks on 10 acres atop the Tug Hill Plateau and next door to the Timberview Lodge. There is approximately 3300 square feet of living space, excluding the large wrap around deck. There are 3 bedrooms each of which have queen size beds. The house includes one full bathroom and one master bath. A newly finished second floor provides extra sleeping accommodations with two sets of full/twin bunk beds. The house easily accommodates 12 guests. There is a living room and dining room area with an elegant wood fireplace. A large kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and glassware. The house is located in near proximity to snowmobile/ATV trails as well as separate hiking/XC skiing trails. The house also features amenities such as satellite cable in all rooms, CD player(MP3 compatible), TV, DVD, VCR, down comforters & towels. The driveway has ample parking for snowmobiles/ATVs & trailers.
