Bernard's Landing is generally acknowledged to be the premier resort on Smith Mountain Lake, with homes priced from approximately $150,000 to $1,500,000. Our condo sits on a slight grassy hill and overlooks a broad cove with the mountains in the background. Our ground-floor unit opens to a broad deck that runs the width of the condo, and to a manicured grassy field that gradually slopes to the water. Sliding glass doors extend across the back of the condo, and offer a broad view of the lake and Smith Mountain in the distance. The southeasterly view from the condo offers a magnificent sunrise over the mountain. And at night, the moon rising over the mountain reflects off the water for a truly magnificent view.
