All fall weeks only $925!!.Enjoy our affordable beach house that has everything you could want. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for bike rides and roller-blading - spend your days at the beach, sound, private pool or community pool! Ocean access within blocks with ample public parking and wide open life-guarded beaches so you will be safe but not crowded. New for the season: Wi-Fi (bring the laptop) exterior has painted, new King bed in Master Bedroom, new chairs in living area, Gamecube and games. There is plenty to do at 'Beach Time Out' to include the large 14'X24' concrete pool (gated for child safety), hot tub and a poolside Cabana game room complete with wet-bar, full refrigerator, blender, 27' TV, Foosball table and electronic darts. In addition, there is a full-sized ping pong table, a kayak (for ocean or sound) and an outdoor grilling area. Community amenities: huge pool, organized kids activities, ball, tennis, bikes, kayaks.

The Area- The beaches of the Outer Banks are rated sixth of the USA's most beautiful beaches. Historic and romantic, even the Wright Brothers strolled the coast lined with light houses. The tiny village of Corolla is situated among literally hundreds of pristine acres owned by the Audubon Society. Away from high rise condos, and hundreds of rentals stacked upon each other, this is a dream place.
