Just remodeled 1 bedroom condominium on second floor in the beautifully landscaped Golf Colony Resort. It offers a spacious bedroom with TV and Tommy Bahama furniture throughout the condo Additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa in the living room and additional sleeping if needed for a family of up to 6. The large living room has enough room for the family to enjoy sitting and dining together with sliding glass doors to deck that overlooks the pool and hot tub. The condo is located near a pier with a restaurant. Your weeks rent also includes a cleaning fee so you don't have to spend your time cleaning up when it's time to go home. New furniture is on its way! Inside pictures soon.

This Condo is great. There are neighbors that live here year round and are wonderful people.The Condo itself is very nice clean and well worth the money we payed.It is not far from anything you want to do You can be at Myrtle Surfside or Gardencity beach in a matter of 10 15 minutes depending on traffic and if you don't want to drive there's a great pool right outside. It was a great vacation and we will definitly stay again. Thanks
