Our home is located on th sixth hole of the Montauk downs golf course. It is less than 2 miles from the village of Montauk and its various ocean beaches, it is also less than 2 miles from the Montauk fishing fleet and Gosmans Dock. This home is beautifully landscaped and offers you a resort like setting in your own backyard, it has 2 waterfalls, outdoor shower and a heated swimming pool with baby safety fencing for those of you who have little ones. It also comes equipped with an outdoor granite top cook station with refrigerator and outdoor stereo. This home is also very spacious inside as well as out it has a 50 inch screen T.V and plenty of seating room for the whole family. the bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen,2 full, and a trundle bed. It also has a lovely sun room equipped with a jacuzzi hot tub.
