Photos and Description of the Thousand Islands vacation cottage rental

Our newly renovated home is located on Grindstone Island in the Thousand Islands region of Upstate New York. It was recently updated in June of 2008. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. All linens and towels provided. It has an outdoor gas grill, outdoor furniture, use of phone for local calls, TV, DVD, X-Box, and plenty of movies in our video library. Private dock and mainland dock at French Creek Marina. Renter must provide their own boat. Rentals available at French Creek Marina, or Clayton Marina. The house is kid friendly, pet friendly (call for information) and a non smoking environment. Local attractions: Bolt Castle, Singer Castle, Clayton Boat Tours, Thousand Island Museum, Wellesley Island Nature Center, antiquing, golfing and local gift shops and restaurants in Clayton, NY. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating, or just relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets or sunrises from our multi level decks.

Rental Rates for this vacation cottage rental in Thousand Islands, New York

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The weekly rate during the peak season which runs from July 1st through September 1st is $2500. The off peak rental price is $2000 a week.
  • A security deposit of $500.00 refundable after 30 days depending on condition of the place. Pet friendly - additional deposit of $500.00 required. Please call for more information. Note- until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice. Please note there is a eight person maximum
