Very clean 2 bedroom home. Just watch the boats and ferries go by your glassed and open porches - fenced yard has swings, table, cook on the grill while watching the mega yachts only 30 or so yards away from your back yard. Walk down the street to Hyannis luxury marina and Tugboats (a great harbor front restaurant). Bike along Lewis Bay or spend a day at Bayview Beacha a great family beach that is only a 100 yards away. Just a great spot for families.

House is NON-smoking, no pets, no groups/ parties. max occupancy is a family of 5, The rental is all of first floor full size kitchen full tile bath and shower nice fenced yard . We use the 2nd unit up top(door on right) to stay when here .. The second floor is never rented and the fenced yard with swing, table,driveway is all yours.and we have sep entrance on right of house. It works out very well You may call owner on their cell for quicker answers to questions* 508-496-8480*

THIS RENTAL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION NEAR EVERYTHING MAIN ST SHOPS AND FOOD ON RT 28 CAPE COD BASEBALL(IT'S GREAT BALL SIT ON THE GRASS OR STANDS $4 TO GET IN CHEAP FOOD TALK TO OUR FUTURE SOX PLAYERS!!!) WHEN YOU TAKE THE BIKE RIDE ALONG LEWIS BAY FROM THE HOUSE IT COOD END AT A GREAT MINIGOLF THAT ALSO SERVES ICECREAM WHAT A GREAT SPOT FOR A FAMILY rugs gone just refinished wood floors and added new HD flat screen TV

There was four of us that spent the week at the house. Plenty of room for all. The backporch was our favorite as we all had coffee out there every morning. It was alittle warm at night without AC but the rest of the time it ok. Close to everything walking distance to harbor,eating and shopping. Owners were great with all of our needs. Would stay there again.
