3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps six comfortably

Walk to beach! Walk to your boat! Walk to restaurants and more while enjoying the privacy of your own cabin located on a very large wooded lot. This cute 3 bedroom cabin is walking distance to two restaurants, two bars, two delis and a liquor store. A wider variety of shops and restaurants are only two miles north in downtown Bolton Landing. Beach access is only a short walk through the woods to a private sandy beach. The cabin also has access to a dock that can accomodate a TWO modest-sized boats( approximately 24 inches deep). Amenities include; a large screened porch with rocking chairs and breakfast table, fully equipped kitchen, heat, a charcoal grill, ample parking, and a large flat lot for outdoor activities.

Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in Bolton Landing, New York

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The rate in September and October is $700 per week. We will consider shorter term stays.
  • Summer /Peak season rates are $900 a week. Normal week runs from Sat. at 3pm to Sat. at 12noon. Off season rate are $700 a week. Will consider a minimum of 3 day rental .

perfect family getaway

We just recently stayed at this cottage for a week and one of the best vacations as a family in a while..We have three teenagers and never told them there was no tv! By day two not another word was said.We played lots of games and cards,it was nice for a change! The kitchen was great cause we like to cook a lot of our own meals. The yard was perfect for frisbee and games! Our favorite was the screened in porch with the nice big table! And we were all very impressed and happy with how clean the cottage was! The owner Jesse was wonderful.Very accomodating.Any questions we had he got right back to us. I would def recommend this cottage to all. Thanks again!!

We were so pleased with this rental. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable for our needs. The location was convenient to the town of Bolton and we loved having access to the dock for our boat. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this quaint and cozy cabin!
