Our property management company, Covenant Properties was founded several years ago when it became apparent that many families were tired of paying higher and higher prices for vacation accommodations. Since then the luxury home vacation rental business has virtually exploded around the globe. South Florida, which has always been a destination for vacationers, has experienced a demand for home rentals that is unprecedented. Covenant Properties has grown to become one of the larger, well-respected property management companies in the area. We offer quality, luxury homes to the families that are looking for a home away from home at reasonable rates and managed professionally. This home has five bedrooms and is perfect for the larger family or group. We have just upgraded much of the home such as the living room with leather Natuzzi chairs and sofa as well as the HDTV. Two bedrooms have new queen bed suites and the home has a new central air conditining system. The view of the waterway from the lanai and pool deck is spectacular as you are just a few hundred yards from the intracoastal which connects to the ocean. This home is also just a five minute drive from the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach and world-famous Fort Lauderdale Fishing Pier. This home is absolutely the best value for a large group in the area.

unbeleivable stay

We had a unbeleivale stay at this home away from home. The info and pictures on the website doesn't even tell the full story, you have to live it to beleive it. The scenic views in the backyard which is the pool area is anyones dream come true, just sitting out there and relaxing is worth it all.
The property was well maintained and the customer service was excellent. I would recomend it to all my friends and relatives anytime. The location is great and is close to all attaractions that Ft lauderdale has to offer. Planning to come back next year...

Great Family Vacation Home

THE FOLLOWING WAS LEFT IN OUR GUEST BOOK IN THE HOME:
What a beautiful home. It looked exactly like the website. The furnishings, decor were very attractive and the home is very well maintained. The view is fantastic!

We travelled with 2 teenagers who were kept busy between playing volleyball in the pool,, a snorkeling trip and shopping. We also enjoyed just reading and relaxing poolside on the lovely deck.

The location is very convenient to great shopping, sites and restaurants. There were lots of guides and brochures available to help us along.

We BBQ'd a few times and found everying we needed for fabulous family dinners including lovely dinnerware and a Publix grocery store five minutes away.

It was great meeting Jan and Tom who are very hospitable and gracious hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed.

We hated to leave but had to come back home! Hope to visit again next year.

Great Time and Great Home!

This house is absolutely perfect. It was even better than we expected! Everything we needed was there; even a basket of fresh fruit and some coffee. The pool is wonderful and we spent a lot of time just sitting outside watching the boats go up and down the waterway. Tom and Jan were wonderful hosts and actually met us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. There are a couple of nice grocery stores close by and it's only 5 minutes from the freeway for access to everything else. The next time we return to Florida it will be in the Fort Lauderdale area and we're hoping this property will be available again because we'd love to come back!

wonderful vacation

5 couples from germany had a wonderful stay in this home which is fully equipped! good location (shopping+restaurants in walking distance, beach walk 30 min) in a calm and updated neighbourhood. 4 bedrooms with windows, 1 bedroom without daylight is just an "emergency sleep". Nice pool and outdoor area, it was worth staying there!

Concerning the 5th bedroom, it was an addition after the home was built but it has a double closet, queen bed suite with vanity, privacy doors and is considered a complete bedroom according to US standards. We have a very nice vacations

We are a very huge family and decided to spend some days in Fort Lauderdale. We could acomodate there, in a very confortable way. We found every thing we needed during our stay. We were very surprides by the detail of a basket with fruit and coffee giving us the welcome of the house. The neiborhood is very quiet one and that like us so much. The house is near to every thing we needed. For sure, If we decide in the future to go back to Fort Lauderdale, we will try to rent this house.
