From the huge oceanfront entertainment area to the historic 4 story lighthouse guiding boats every night, to the spacious main and guest houses you will feel at home in one of the best-maintained properties in the area. The professionally maintained grounds boast over 600 palm trees and over 300 feet of deep water dockage that can handle mega yachts to up to 120 ft. And for the sports minded, fishing and diving start right at the dock. The 5 mile area surrounding the estate boasts more snorkeling, diving and deep sea fishing than almost anywhere in the world. You will see tropical fish in the boat basin itself. Whether you are planning a big get together or what an exceptionally private vacation this is a property you should consider. Be cautioned: After a few sunrises while sitting on your truly private oceanfront you may not want to go home.

Conveniently located at a walking distance from restaurants, fisheries, Dolphin Plus, pharmacies, banks, shopping centers, marinas, and parks such as Key Largo Park featuring tennis courts, a kiddy pool, diving pool, and green areas for walking. John PeneKamp Coral Reef State Park, and Harry Harris Park, this residence is situated only 1 hour drive form Miami International Airport. Furthermore, this comfortable home has its own boat dock 500' sq ft right on the Atlantic Ocean, it offers world class snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing right out off your back door. The lantern in the lighthouse is from Rebbeca Shoal Lighthouse and was first lit November 1st, 1886. It has been fully functional since April of 2000.

  • The main house offers two king size bedrooms full bathrooms, spacious kitchen, and intimate living spaces. Adjoining the main home yet thru a separate entrance you will find the Annex. The Annex is a 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage with an inviting living/TV area. Just outside the Main home you will encounter a magnificent courtyard surrounded by flourishing palm trees and a dazzling view of our historic lighthouse. The historic Lighthouse features 2 cozy bedroom 1 bath plus small kitchenette and sitting area. Outside the Lighthouse you'll find a cozy sandy beach area overlooking the basin, and the point. With over 500' of concrete seawall plus a 20 x 100 BOAT BASIN for your yacht. The point is an approximate 10000sq ft tiled deck with Bar/BBQ area additional sitting areas.

The house is surrounded by water, we will like you to please keep children always by your sight, there will be lots of tropical fish around in the water, you may find lobster by late afternoon. Laundry is located downstairs, (basement) we have two washing machines and 2 drying machines, you are most welcome to use them.

Summer: Welcome to our home. The Lighthouse Pointe offers you with the opportunity of unforgettable vacation. Weddings and Especial events. Upon entering, you will enjoy the cool ocean breeze and a tropical environment and a sense of being in your own island. Parking is located as you drive in to your right, you may find ample parking space. There is a lot of different palm trees, some are native and some take very long time to grow, please be careful as you drive around the property.

Places to dine in the neighborhood: We are fortunate to have wide selection of good restaurants nearby, in the neighborhood there are wonderful tasteful restaurants, The Pilot House, down by the Marina, caters appetizing menu. On the bayside mile marker 100 Bayside on the Grill, it offers the perfect setting for a sunset dining experience. Sushi Nami is a cozy sushi restaurant very much liked by the locals.

Trash and Smoke regulations: Upon your driving into our home, right by the parking area, we have located garbage bins for your convenience and hope you can help us recycle. Please leave your trash by this site. Our home is SMOKE FREE home, please, if you wish to smoke, do it outside and dispose of your butts in the trash can.
