Great house for our extended family

We stayed here for 8 days in August and had a great time. Our extended family consisted of 4 adults and 7 kids ages 7,8,11,13,14,16, and 17. It's rare that a house can meet the needs of everyone, but this house certainly did. Hard to pick the highlight of the house, but it probably would be the air-conditioned game room. The kids loved taking the afternoon off from the parks and coming back here to plug in the ipod, and play video games and/or a game of pool. Everything in the game room was in excellent shape and up to date (i.e. Wii and Sony Playstation III). This home is one of the few with an air-conditioned game room and that was key in the August heat.
We all loved having the space to spread out! Whether in the game room, upstairs on the computer, out by the pool (plenty of seating & in very good shape), in front of the TV in the great room, or comfortably lounging in the living room, there was plenty of space for all.
The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated the bed configurations (kings, twins, bunks). The bathrooms were also spacious and clean and the supplied linens were plentiful and of nice quality.
Equally important was the fact that at meal times, there were plenty of plates, utensils and seats around the table. A large gas grill, outside by the pool, was provided at no extra charge and we took advantage of making a few of our meals on it. In this situation, again the owner considered that larger parties would likely rent this house and we were able to easily fit dinner for all 13 of us on the grill.
Finally, the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. All inquires were responded to quickly and thoughtfully. We needed to call the management company once for something (can't remember what) and they were readily available for help.
In summary, this is a great home, in a great area and with a very helpful owner and management company. We felt spoiled and if we decided to rent again in the kissimmee area, we would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again.
