Located in a tranquil private gated community, adjacent to a nature reserve. This property will be particularly appealing to families with easy access to all theme parks. On site facilities include basketball and volleyball courts and children’s play areas. This luxurious four bed three bathroom villa with private pool (heated if required) and BBQ has recently been completely refurbished and provides spacious contemporary accommodation. Main lounge area has large 52 inch TV, DVD together with large movie library and stereo system. This property boasts a large master bedroom and guest room both with en suite facilities and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom access. All rooms have a TV and DVD. In addition the master bedroom has satellite TV and a PlayStation II, essential for the kids. Full climate control throughout. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Linen and towels provided.

Crescent Lakes enjoys an enviable position located adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve. Aster Cove is a private gated community located within this development. Our villa is conveniently located within easy reach of all of Florida's famous theme parks and numerous shops and restaurants. A large Publix supermarket is a short five minute drive away for all your essential provisions. If you are a keen golfer the Ponciana Golf Club, a Championship qualifying course which is very affordable on a day ticket, is only a seven minute drive away. Being in Kissimme you will also be in easy reach of the atmospheric Old Town famous for its Friday night parade of classic Cadillacs and retro themed shops and restaurants.

What can i say, you have stayed at the rest,now stay at the best !!!! what a fantastic villia,well presented and clean and well equipped. Really easy to find instructions spot on.loved the pool, Nikki and paul recommended great restaurents, b line diner was fantastic. great for familys with young kids, Will be going back soon. TRISHA

We have been visiting Orlando several times over the last 25 years, for our last 3 visits over the last 3 years, we stayed at Nicki & Paul's villa, we were so impressed with it.Accurate description were to find. Clean and well maintained, not far from Disney, & shopping area, for supermarkets etc. The Villa has everything to make it feel like home from home, a wonderful pool, playstation and internet access.Paul & Nicki are always contactable, or the management company, should you need any information. Local park with Basketball, football nets and swings etc for younger children.Would recommend to friends and hope to be back there soon ourselves.

What a beautiful villa, clean and extremely well equipped, Especially if you have babies or young children. Outstanding service, Nikki and Paul were extremely helpful and full of extra tips on places to eat and shop. Their instructions are very simple and take you straight to the door, And when you get there wow!! The villa really is stunning, the best we have stayed in, we have already been back and will be booking this year too. We cant recommend enough, for a stress free stay you cant go wrong.

Having spent a fortnight in this fantastic villa we can totally recommend it to anyone looking for a well presented, clean and fully equipped place to stay whilst in Florida. The pool was a godsend and the location was ideal for travelling to Disney and other attractions. Nikki and Paul were extremely helpful and friendly on booking the villa, we didn't need to contact them during our stay as everything was as it should have been- perfect.

What a Great Place to Stay

The easy to follow instructions took us straight to the door, and wow what a lovely surprise
The villa is absolutely gorgeous. It is large, very well furnished and came complete with everything we needed.
It was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained.
The pool was a real delight especially with a glass of wine late into the night. We loved the dvds and games as well.
What can you say about Disney, it doesn't matter what your age you'll just be amazed as we were.
The restaurants that Nikki and Paul suggested were spot on, our favourite was the Bahama Breeze. We went to the Saturday night cruise at Old Town and had a great time.
We have recommended the villa to friends and family who have also loved it. We can honestly say we had the holiday of our dreams and have already booked with Nikki and Paul again for 2009.
