Edgartown Katama South Beach: Exclusive!!!! Think summer, think South Beach Martha's Vineyard and this is it. Three levels of fun, sun, water views, relaxation. Breakfast at The Right Fork Diner is across the street. First floor family room with pool table. Huge second floor deck with spectacular views, of Katama and the ocean in the distance plus hot tub. Beautiful perennial gardens. Quiet cul de sac, great for young ones learning to ride their bikes. Large grassy yard: badminton anyone? Or maybe a fierce game of croquet? Wilson's Landing, for kayaking and canoeing is close by off of Slough Cove Road, Edgartown boat ramp is less than 2 miles for Katama Bay access.

EDGARTOWN: KATAMA SOUTH BEACH Beautiful Vineyard vacation home neighborhood of exclusive homes. The new bike path will get you to South Beach less than a mile away and Edgartown center is only 3 miles away. Right Fork Diner, some say the best breakfast on the island is less than a 1/4 mile. First floor has large family room, wet bar, microwave, pool table, TV with satellite, two bedrooms one queen, one full and full bath. Sliders from family open to large grassy yard. Second floor: Open kitchen, living and dining areas with multiple sliders opening to deck with hot tub, extra dining and lounge chairs. Also on the second floor is a sun filled screened porch with satellite TV. There are two bedrooms each with queen beds, TV and a full bath. On the third floor is the master suite with full bath, jacuzzi tub, private deck, and TV.
