This gorgeous seaside retreat is only one block from the beach and minutes from all of South Padre Island's finest attractions. As you walk into this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home, your eye is immediately drawn to the large great room overlooking a beautiful pool and lanai.
The home is newly decorated and is a relaxing oasis in a perfect location for your family to enjoy all the island has to offer. Spend a day at the beach with your family, then come home to spend a cool evening, grilling out by the pool.
Other amenities include pool side furniture, two-car garage, laundry room, spacious closets, and much more. This is the perfect place for a family vacation!!!

This gorgeous home is a short, five minute walk to the beach on beautiful South Padre Island. In addition to hangin' on the beach, there's a bunch of other fun stuff to do, including; top notch deep sea and bay fishing; wind surfing and parasailing in Laguna Madre; shopping at the wonderful discount mall in Mercedes or in Mexico; taking the kids to the Schlitterbahn (water theme park); visit the world famous Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville; or, for you bird watchers, check out the famous Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge.
But, then again, you'll probably just want to spend your day at the beach and then enjoy the restaurants, night life and theater in the evening.
