This gorgeous home is a short, five minute walk to the beach on beautiful South Padre Island. In addition to hangin' on the beach, there's a bunch of other fun stuff to do, including; top notch deep sea and bay fishing; wind surfing and parasailing in Laguna Madre; shopping at the wonderful discount mall in Mercedes or in Mexico; taking the kids to the Schlitterbahn (water theme park); visit the world famous Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville; or, for you bird watchers, check out the famous Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge. But, then again, you'll probably just want to spend your day at the beach and then enjoy the restaurants, night life and theater in the evening.

We all LOVED the house. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked! The pool and outside amenities were awesome! Loved the area, within walking distance to so much! The beach was only about a block or so away. Bit of a treck if carrying too much, but able to drive closer and park. Overall, everyone involved in the vacation was completely satisfied with this rental. Looking very forward to another visit...and another, and another!

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The pool was larger than most which we enjoyed and there was lots of room and a beautiful open living room/kitchen. Had a great time!

Hello,
When my niece(Marisol) sent us the pictures of your house, very nice. When we arrived to South Padre Island on May 17, 2009, I walked in, I was so amazed on how big your house was and how clean and BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Also, the location was perfect. We had a great time. We would rent it again. Thank you so much!!!!

My niece also mentioned that you have a Condo on the beach. Please forward information.

Fantastic family getaway

This family provides a wonderful home for a perfect vacation. We have a family with four children ages 6 to 11. The kids loved the pool and being so close to the ocean. The island was beautiful, the people were warm and friendly and everything is within walking distance for the most part. The house was exactly as described by the owners and they were fantastic to deal with. They were available for any and all questions we had before, during and after our stay. We will definitely return again!!!

This is one of the most beautiful and spacious homes I have ever vacationed in. The location is perfect and serene. It is very well decorated and clean. Loved the layout and the pool area. My friends and I felt like we had the best home on the island. Hands down the best place in South Padre to rent. By the way I just got back and loved it so much that I will be using this place next year.
I don't know what else to say except the owners have a gem on their hands. AMAZING!!!!!!!
