This beautiful home is located in the newer section of Sun City Grand, an adult community. The house is located on the 18th tee box of the Cimarron Golf Course with beautiful mountain view. Sun City Grand is located 20 miles from the Phoenix metropolitan area and contains four beautiful golf courses and two huge recreation centers (Olympic size pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, day spa and fitness centers). Nearby is Surprise Stadium, home of Texas Rangers Spring training. You can walk to the recreation center, seasonal artistic programs, and meet others, or you can just get away to a relaxing place in the library or the cafes and restaurants of Sun City Grand.

Notes: Sun City Grand is an all adult community, age 55 or older. One person in the party must meet this age requirement. Filtered water/ice dispenser is on the door of the refrigerator. There is an additional room which can be used as an office with desk/chair and can also accommodate two additional persons (total of 6) with provided inflatable queen size mattress.

We enjoyed our vacation rental very much. The owners are very attentive, and are there to please. The house and furnishings are clean. It was a joy to open the door and walk.
