'La Dolce Vita' (the good life)is our Brand-New, Mediterranean, Seaside home in a private gated community of only nine beautiful custom homes. Located on the south side of 30A with a one minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. This new custom home features two master suites with king-size beds, a children's bedroom with bunk bed, twin bed and Pottery Barn floor bed. Fourth bedroom featuring full-size bed and twin bed with private patio overlooking back yard and pool. Both master suites feature private balconies with beautiful Gulf views, huge luxurious stone and granite bathrooms, walk-in showers, large closets, TVs/VCR, not to mention the 350 thread count linens!! The fourth bedroom also has a lovely balcony that overlooks the private backyard gardens and private HEATED pool with jacuzzi jets and built in seats.
