This is a lovely Marshwinds condominium, which has been tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The two front bedrooms have a view of Morris Island Lighthouse off in the distance. The Master Bedroom and Living Room look out over the beautiful salt marshes and the Folly River. The screened back porch is a lovely place to start the day with a cup of coffee, and a wonderful place to watch the awesome Carolina sunsets. Come, enjoy all that Folly Beach has to offer. It has been called 'The Edge of America' and it has wonderful beaches, fabulous dining, unique shops, water sports, and the largest fishing pier in the state of South Carolina. Folly Beach is well known for having a very laid back nature and is very unpretentious. The condominium is located 1/4 mile from the beach. A comfortable stroll will get you there in less than ten minutes or you could drive to the beach in about two minutes. No Pets and No Smoking Please!!!

Charleston is quaint, yet surprisingly full of culture and world class dining opportunities.

My family and I enjoyed the experience we had at Folly Beach and staying here during our weeklong vacation. It is within walking distance of the beach, but because of having a 7-month old baby and taking chairs, etc. to the beach we chose to drive the short distance. The condo was clean and spacious, and having a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom certainly made for a speedy time for the six of us to get ready.

I especially enjoyed the screened in back deck in the morning time. While everyone else was still sleeping in, I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful mornings just sitting and relaxing and taking in the beauty of God's creation.

Perfect vacation spot!

Just returned from our vacation at Folly Beach. This condo was located in a perfect spot to easily enjoy all that Folly beach has to offer and was also only 20 minutes for us to head to downtown Charleston. If we ever travel to this area again, we will be hoping to stay here!

Two good sized bedrooms and another with a twin bed. Condo is pretty basic when it comes to tables and furniture, nothing too stylish. Deck area is great and accessible from both master bedroom and living room. It was very clean and only had a few minor flaws.

Quite Satisfying!

This condo was all we needed it to be for our weekend in Charleston...quite comfortable, everything we needed, quiet, out of the business of downtown Charleston, yet close enough, and affordable. We will definitely rent again when in town. Beats a price-y hotel, hands down.

Wonderful, away from things, place to stay. Nice, quiet, peaceful, awesome views, wonderful little town. My only complaint is that the condo needs some cosmetic touch ups in the master bath and in a few other placed, other than that, place was wonderful.

Great Trip

We had a great time at the condo. It was really beautiful at night to sit out on the screened in balcony. This is a very nice, secluded spot that allows you to enjoy the beach and have a quiet place to relax at in the evening. It is convenient to all places at Folly and we are seriously thinking about renting this unit next summer.
