Large captain's home located off of the desirable McFarland Shore Road. Porch has breathtaking ocean views with natural stone steps. House abounds with charming details such as built in cabinetry and nautical elements found throughout. The focal point of the great room is the impressive stone fireplace with new gas warmth. Grand stair features a sun-drenched window seat on large landing with open views into the open ocean. Two of the upstairs bedrooms offer amazing views with small balconies facing the ocean.

Nearest Beach : beach at 2 Miles

Cottage located in a rural part of local fishing community. Quiet place to walk with beautiful views of the open ocean. Just a few miles from Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. Just two miles from popular, public Pemaquid Beach.
