Newly redecorated condo is perfect for the family! A small complex located directly on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. There is a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful landscaping, brick pavers around the pool and new patio furniture to relax or view the awesome sunsets. The unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. Freshly painted and remodeled. Decorated with a Florida theme. Your children will enjoy the bedroom off the family room with twin beds decorated in a Florida beach theme. Another bedroom for guests with a full-size bed, dresser and closet. You will enjoy the King-Size bed and TV in the master bedroom. Large Dining room. The family room has a TV with DVD and VCR. Cable TV included. There is a wet bar off the family room. Great restaurants, shopping, water sports and ice cream shops across the street! We are located on the Gulf, not the intercoastal. The unit is not direct Gulf Front. There are views of the Gulf from several windows.

condo is a great location ,within walking distance for most needs ,ice cream , beach ect ,,lol ,, property up keep ,soso,, condo itself, hmm well ,,in need of updating ,fridge doesnt work properly,air conditioning not so cold[we were told it was brand new],, but major issue was the view ,, great view if you like the parking lot,,its a back unit with a view of an old beat up building next door and parking lot, to the street,, other units in the building are same price with ocean view, a good last resort kinda place,,housekeeper is excellent ,and owner[brenda]is very pleasant to deal with. def reccomend to famillys with kids,,meets all your needs

We stayed here in May with our three young children and had an absolute blast. Plenty of room for the children to spread out.. Clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. We will definitely be back..

We stayed here in the Summer of 2008 with our three toddlers. It was great! Nice size kitchen and living room and great rooms. The beds were soooo comfortable. I wanted to take the pillows home with me! The boys had a great time in the pool and just hanging out in the condo. If we are ever in the Tampa area again, we will get in touch with you again! Thank you!
