This was our second stay at the cottage. We love it. It is a luxurious cottage that feels like home as soon as you walk in. It is easy to relax and unwind here. There is a gorgious view of the bay. You can sit out on the porch or upstairs on the deck off the master bedroom in the evening and watch the sunset over the bay. It's less than 5 minutes to downtown Eastport yet far enough outside of town to be quiet and peaceful. The location is great -- there are many gift shops, restaurants, local attractions, and nature/sporting opportunities within 1 hour drive. Check out Monica's Chocolates on Rt. 189 in Lubec on your way to see President Roosevelt's 32-room cottage and international park on Campobello Island. If you have your passport you can explore New Brunswick, St. Andrew, St. Stephen, and other spots in Canada.
