Seabrook Cottage is a three level, fully furnished home. It is located in Nelscott Beach a popular area for surfing tournaments and beautiful beaches. You will find Seabrook cottage to be ' just like home'. Beautiful knotty pine and cedar walls with copper accents. French doors, skylights ,gas fireplace with thermostat .Beach access is about a three to four block walk or five minute drive. Seabrook cottage sits just above the very popular Olivia Beach cottages.
The yard is .26 acre and is full of shore pines, rhodies, roses, flowers, ferns, butterfly bush, huge Kiwi, Hydrangea, tulip tree, English ivy, camellia, bulbs, and much more. There are bird feeders, hummingbird feeders and so much to enjoy. A large gazebo just off the french doors and decking has a nice picnic table with a fantastic ocean view. You will find large blue birds and angels all around the property. Plenty of deck seating and tables.
Peaceful quiet with ocean view:
Seabrook cottage is located on the SW side of town. The whole strip of Lincoln city is about seven miles long. You are not too far from a local strip of stores, candy, Mexican food and various shops. Just around the corner we have a HUGE Christmas shop full of unique ornaments and gifts. Also a candy chocolate factory.There is a huge outlet mall close by. Seabrook is just above the popular Olivia beach cottages. Chinook Winds casino is at the North end of town but has a shuttle service to various areas.

All little girls can now be a princess at Seabrook. Large dress up chest with jewelry, costumes, princess dresses, dance outfits, tiara, boas, heels and more! Don't forget to bring your camera to capture the fun memories.
Everything you need for magical memories:
Seabrook comes fully furnished. Blankets, quilts, games, books, a large movie collection. There are 3 televisions, DVD and VHS player. Stereo, three telephones, cable TV. Kitchen has pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, garden window, fridge with freezer and ice maker, gas range and oven. All towels and linens are provided. I also supply liquid shower soap and hand soap. Spices , coffee, sugar and flour are also here for your use. Each room has an electric wall heater and the gas fireplace is on a thermostat and heats the house well. There are several fans for the warmer days. Parking for four cars maximum. Please do not park in the paved lot to the north of Seabrook cottage. This is private property and not for use of this rental location. This location has stairs coming into the house from the garage and also stairs from the front entry. This is not wheel chair friendly. The house has three skylights so you can watch the stars at night. Security and patio lights
