Wonderful townhouse in the heart of Newport. Walk to the beach or the harbor. l600 sq. feet of living space. Four large bedrooms, and two full baths. Formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, double living room.

Tall ceilings, laundry, hardwood floors, stain glass windows. Lots of charm. Great summer house. Brick Patio and Off Street Parking. Available Summer 2013 Season. Available Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Maximum guest 8. Call for details.

Minutes from Tennis Hall of Fame, Famous Cliff Walk, Historic Mansions, Art Museums, Shops, Great Restaurants, Newport Harbor and Beach. Boating, Surfing, Walking, Folk & Jazz Festivals.

Newport is a wonderful place to live and visit. We are famous for our beautiful mansions, trees, beaches, sailing, tennis, golf, music, art and the abundance of fresh seafood. I love the community and the local people. I've called it home since 1983.

I decided to settle in Newport for it's History, Charm and Beauty. After living in Manhattan for eleven years, I wanted blue sky and ocean breezes at my fingertips. There is such a peaceful, easy vibration to the city. It is a beautiful little jewel of a city by the sea. Yet, it is close to all the big city living of Providence, Boston or New York.

What makes this house unique

Once you arrive, you can put away the car keys and walk to just about everything the city has to offer. We also have Old Port Marine, which offers service to any location via water taxi. You can visit Goat Island, Jamestown, Yacht Clubs, and Fort Adams. During Summer, we also have Ferry Service to Block Island.
