You are in the center of all the fun and sun, ONLY 500 feet from the boardwalk/beach and bayside. You have four balconies to choose from, while enjoying your morning wake-up. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen ready for your family or even a special dinner for two. When the time arrives to explore, you can walk to the inlet where there are rides, shopping, food, museum and more. You are only minutes away from the boardwalk; there are plenty of shops, food, entertainment, too much to mention everything. Ready to spend the day on the beach to soak up the sun, you will find the beach just beyond the boardwalk. On the boardwalk there is a tram that will take you to your desired location - it runs the length of the boardwalk. There are several places walking distance, to rent a bicycle and ride the boardwalk in the early morning....great family activity. If you feel like a little adventure, across the street is a scooter rental shop or rent a segway.

Living Room/ Dining Room is a light beachy green color theme, great place for everyone to gather. There are two detailed painted murals; one portrays a beach scene with two chairs, an umbrella and a beach with waves crashing upon the sand and water touching the tip of your toes.

On the bayside you can rent jet skis, you can even go parasailing. How about going to a water park? If you are into deep sea fishing there are several activities during the year. For family night there is miniature golf, Jolly Roger amusement park, and much more. How about that special evening for just the adults? There are many fine dining restaurants, or how about kicking off the shoes and go dancing. There are so many things to do whether it is a family outing or adult fun. Travel a bit? There is tax free shopping at the outlets in Rehoboth Beach. If you wanted to get away to a quiet place you can travel to Assateague to watch the wild ponies or just enjoy the scenery. In Berlin you can enjoy their quaint town; they have shopping and antique stores there are so many things to do, you can make a day of it.

Other Activities: parasailing, jet skiing, skateboard park, scooter rental, deep sea, head boat fishing and segway rentals

  • The Master Bath continues the tropical theme from the bedroom. Master bath has double sinks, large shower and a jacuzzi tub. Above the jacuzzi tub is a tropical mural scene that will take you away while you are relaxing in a bubble bath, reading a book or maybe sipping on wine. The second bath is colorful, but watch out for the parrot.

As for the third bedroom, this room is colored with a vibrant yellow and painted flip flops to go with the decor of the room, while the white furniture brings a soothing feel.

Convenient with top of the line accommodations

Here are the things we loved:

You are IN ocean city. While everyone else is circling trying to find parking or waiting for a shuttle bus, or fighting with the traffic on the route 50 drawbridge, this property is right in the heart of the boardwalk. You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Want popcorn? Walk over to the legendary Fishers (2 blocks). Want fries? Walk over to the legendary Thrashers - (3 blocks). Want to hit the beach? It's 2 blocks. Just want to go to the pool? It's downstairs.

Don't want to go anywhere? Well enjoy the well updated kitchen and the huge flat screen tv in the living area.

The kicker/cherry on top of it all is the fact that the owners are accessible, eager to help and great to work with.

I would go back to this property at the drop of a hat. Frankly I almost didn't want to write this review to prevent others from considering this gem of a place.

Here is the one minor thing we didn't love:
There's a bus stop a block down the street and it sometimes had a fair number of families/kids. Sometimes they can be loud (the kids).

It doesn't take away from the overall impression we had that this stay should be rated 5 stars.

We have stayed at this condo on 2 occassions and would definately stay there again!!! The condo is your home away from home, clean, perfect location and great decor. We were steps to the beach and the boardwalk... Located between the bay and the ocean, what else can you ask for? The owners are super friendly and they are always ready to help with whatever you may need, very accomodating. Thank you for allowing us to spend some time in your haven, next time we need to stay for longer :)

EXCELLENT!!! GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION.....

We absolutely love staying here!!!. We've been returning to this condo for about 3 years and have never been disappointed. It's very roomy and relaxing....always fresh & clean. All we need to do when we arrive, is unpack, and start our vacation. It has all the conveniences and comforts that you'll need to enjoy your vacation. The garage and pool area are well maintained and clean. Perfect for older and younger people. The boardwalk with shopping, dining and an amusement park is just a few steps away. Lori and Scott are always interested in hearing if anything was over looked or recommendations for improvements. We look forward to returning here again real soon.

Paradise at the Beach

This Unit was so perfect my wife refused to leave to go home. It was well suited for the 3 couples staying there and very clean. Close to the Beach, Boardwalk, Shopping and Restaurants. The info provided was extremely accurate. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and living room. We have been to OC all most every year for the past 30 and this is the nicest place we have stayed. Will go back next year if I can get my family together again.
