At 250 m above lake Garda, over a beautiful 18 holes golf course, with a wonderful sightseeing of the whole lake, distant only 5 minutes, Cervano used to be the heart of a large property where olive oil and wine were produced since 1818. Recently restructured(2004-2008), to become high level self catering apartments (from 4 to 10 persons each, maximum 30), Cervano can represent the best choice for an international traveler who wants to visit Northern Italy in absolute relax. In the middle of the Padana plan, over the hills of the lake Garda, is equally distant from Milan and Venice (90 miles), at 30 Miles from Verona and Brescia,40 from Trento and 55 from Mantua. The 18 holes Bogliaco Golf course is just outside the gate of the property and our guests are entitled to a 10 % discount on the green fee.

  • In this is historical villa, a single apartment, made in 1889 and restored in 2004 : this apartment was fully restored to became a luxury Italian fashion home. Second floor front lake you can enjoy an absolutely wonderful panorama of the lake and of the bac mountain The building is in the middle of a property of 13 hectares, overlooking the whole lake and an 18 holes golf course, surrounded by pheasants, hares, foxes, deers and crayfish in the brooks; there are no mosquitoes. The closest restaurant is just outside the gates of the property

A magnificient place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received by the owners Ana & Gino.
The view of the area seen from this location is breathtaking. The rooms are large, with very comfortable beds. The area is quiet. We felt extremely comfortable and at ease. The house is beautifully furnished and the service is great.

Cervano - A wonderful experience

My husband and another couple of firends stayed at Cervano in May 2008 and thought it was just fantastic. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, even coming to meet us at the bottom of the road on the night we arrived to ensure we found the place.
The rooms were lovely, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The views were amazing and being golfers the golf course just couldn't have been better placed.
There were lovely local restaurants recommended by the owners and the food was delicious. The breakfast at Cervano was excellent with a great variety of food.
The owners are so enthusiastic about their property and have restored it really well, it is a real credit to them. We will definitely be going back there one day!

Cervano _ a hidden jewel

We booked Cervano over the internet which is always a risk. However, it exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation was spacious, tasteful & with lovely views over Lake Garda. Gino & his wife could not have been more welcoming hosts, showing us over the property, recommending local cafes & restaurants & providing us with superb breakfasts. We will definitely choose to stay here again whenever in the region.
