Kitchen sink has top quality Moen faucet installed in 2008.
Screened-in sitting area:
Upon entering the cottage, you first encounter a screened-in porch and sitting area. The area is abundantly decorated with desert southwestern and other mixed but complementary motifs. There are two comfy outdoor chairs with an outdoor ottoman for kicking back and relaxing. There’s an oversized wood side-table to hold drinks and snacks. There are patio candles, numerous tea light lanterns for evening ambiance, artwork, silk plants, and an old-fashioned real “door bell” (along with a more modern electronic doorbell outside the screened area that rings in an adorable two tone chime). Within the screened area are two doors. The one on the left leads to your private, exclusive use brightly and beautifully decorated laundry room with GE Spacesaver washer and dryer (dryer is 120v so it takes a little longer but does a fantastic job), Sunbeam Steam Master drip-free iron and ironing board and stocked with the basic necessities (top brand laundry detergent, color-safe bleach, Bounce sheets, etc
Home Entertainment:
Includes Wi-Fi Internet access w/laptop provided (internet access subject to Hughesnet fair use policy with somewhat limits streaming videos). 26-inch RCA flat screen LCD TV with Dish Network (40 channels plus locals), DVD/VCR combo (with a handful of classics, including episodes of Welcome Back Kotter, Chico and the Man, The Lucy Show, along with some movies such as Tombstone, of course, Billy Jack, and some John Wayne Classics). The entertainment center also includes modern-day versions of video games (played through the TV) from the 1980s, including Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Centipede, Millipede, Asteroids, Galaxian, Rally-X, Galaga, Missile Command, and numerous others from Atari and more). There’s some reading material in there too, if you’d like, including Hemingway, Kerouac, Steinbeck, and more.
