Located in Hunter's Ridge Country Club, a gated golf course community 6 miles from the beaches. New modern home with large open floor plan that opens to large lanai with heated pool. Overlooks lake with fountain. Private setting. Tile floors throughout living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Huge kitchen with breakfast bar and built in desk, dining room, and very large living room with sectional with 4 recliners. Sony 46 inch HDTV in living room with DVD player, den has 26 inch HDTV ,DVD , master bedroom has 26 inch flat screen. There is a portable I-pod stereo available. Master bedroom has triple sliders to pool area, king bed, large walk in closet, master bath with double vanities, walk in shower, oversized soaking tub, separate water closet. Guest room has queen bed, large closet. Guest bath has double vanity, separate walk in shower and toilet. Den has queen pull out couch, desk, TV, closet. Lanai has seating for 8, plus 2 oversize chaise lounge chairs, gas barbeque grill, 2 beach chairs
