This newly remodeled expanded Cape Cod style home sleeps 10 comfortably. Brand new oak kitchen opens to huge dining room. Fully finished lower level recreation room with sofa bed walks out to patio. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the three outdoor deck and patio areas. Stroll to the play scape with the kids or play tennis just one block away! All the amenities from home including wi-fi, cable TV and DVD player in living room and recreation room, and washer and dryer. 1st floor master bedroom with slider to deck has queen sized bed. Three bedrooms on 2nd floor with full jacuzzi bath. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed. 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have a full bed and twin bed. Very close to the beach-& to local attractions. The house was equipped with all new appliances, VERY CLEAN-everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Plenty of room for a large group and VERY family friendly! The owner's are very friendly and helped to provide an excellent experince for our first vacation at the Cape. We can't wait to come back next year!!

Great for large family or just a few couples.we were elated to find this great cottage. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful beach on sr. Legs. No crowds. Home is immaculate and full of cape cod charm. No hassle with traffic no need to go over bridge. Cottage has everything you need,including 2 tv 2 dvd players beach chairs, umberellers,cooler on wheels. I will be coming back.great price
