Enter at security gate we share with Carillon. Listen to the quiet. No traffic, no crowds, no noise except the splashing of the waves. 4th floor condo in 'mid-rise' building. Tropical decor and colors of the Gulf inside and out. Gulf front living room and bedroom. KING bed and queen sofa sleeper. Fully furnished and equipped. Internet cafe in lobby of Tower building. Borders Lake Powell on back side. Bring boats and park in boat docks provided. Park your boat trailer/RV for $10 per parking spot. Very close to Pier Park, the new shopping center with Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Ron-Jon's Surf Shop and many more upscale shops and restaurants. Beach is secluded and a favorite spot for weddings. Condo is a great honeymoon suite. Come enjoy your Cool Beach Getaway. If you are interested in 2 1BR/1BA units next door to each other let me know.

Excellent one bedroom getaway.

We had a wonderful time! The two of us were looking for somewhere in the Panama City area that gave us the feeling of being in a more secluded beach. This property is very secluded from the road, but with a short drive you can be right in the middle of the action of Panama City Beach. The resort is mostly surrounded by water and the other side is beach houses in a guard kept gated community. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with all the hype of Panama City Beach just a couple of minutes outside the gate, this place is definately worth looking into. We booked a week for the next summer the day we returned home!
Owner's Response: It is such a pleasure to rent to people such as Kevin and Sandra. It makes sharing our "piece of heaven" with others a rewarding experience. We welcone you back time and again.

My girlgriend and I visited the Perzy's condo for her birthday and it was the best beach experience I have had yet. The tropical decor of the condo is beautiful and the view of the beach from the balcony is wonderful. The Perzy's were so easy to work with during the process of renting the condo and they really cared acout making our experience the best they could. I will be back and will not stay anywhere else in the Panama City Beach area.
