Great place to vacation!: We have been going to St Augustine for the last 25 years for our vacation in the spring time. We are now retired teachers and spent our first winter here. It is calm and peaceful yet has all the special happenings of home. Everything is so very convenient and my husband loves the golfing.

We just came home from our fantastic trip to St. Augustine Beach and stayed in this wonderful condo! I am so glad that we rented this place; it's fully stocked with everything you need for a fun, family beach vacation. Beach chairs, towels, matts, boogie boards...and much, much more! The condo itself is bigger than all the ones we visited..and it's a hop, skip and a jump to the beach and pier. Very spacious ammenities are great; full size washer/drier, big kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook with! Seaside itself has beautiful grounds; we loved watching the wildlife in the pond each morning! Fun club house with a nice workout room and heated swimming pool. Of course there's lots to do in the St. Augustine area; we are natives but still didn't see it all! The owners are wonderful to work with and take alot of pride in their ownership. We are already throwing change in a bottle to come back next summer! Do not hesitate to rent this place; you will not regret it!
Without question, this is a fantastic vacation value with everything you need to have a memorable vacation!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I brought our college aged kids and son to this condo and absolutely loved it. The property managers are friendly and helpful. The description is accurate. It was like a home away from home with plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and well maintained with comfortable furniture and light, airy, beach decorations. St. Augustine is close by, so we enjoyed all the art galleries there. For little kids, there is a fun playground with water fountains near by. You can't really see the ocean from your balcony, but the ocean is within walking distance. The condo had some videos available and games which made for some great family time. The kitchen had plenty of plates/pots and utensils. We definitely would go again.

FABULOUS FIND!

This was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. It was so nice to have all of the little extras, (dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and much more!) My kids loved having their own rooms and the large bath tub in the Master bath was great! It really felt like home! I hope we can go back one day!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome to spend time at. We were still basking in the Florida sun even on a day or two when it wasn't typical St. Augustine weather. Its nice to be able to choose between the beautiful beach and the pool deck.
The restaurants and golf are top notch also. You could not have a car and still fill your day with stuff to do and see. Downtown St. Augustine is just a few minutes away and that experience is very unique and reminded me of Cape Cod.
There were many friendly people staying around us who we got to know and really enjoyed our time with.

The Perfect Florida Vacation Rental

This condo is in an ideal location to enjoy the ocean and the wonderful attractions in St. Augustine. The property is well maintained and the condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings make for a very comfortable stay. We have rented numerous condos but this one is by far the most beautiful, clean and comfortable property we've ever experienced.
