Kick back and relax in our bright and sunny, approx 650 sq ft one bedroom condo situated a short block walk to beautiful Carpinteria beach and an easy walk to the dozens of eclectic shops and restaurants of downtown Carpinteria. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided for your enjoyment. Our recently remodeled unit has vaulted ceilings, an upstairs bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. The first floor consists of an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa and other furnishings as well as a fully equipped kitchen and seating area. The town of Carpinteria is a charming coastal community of beautiful beaches and breathtaking mountain views nestled between LA and San Francisco. It is a sundrenched and relaxing destination a scenic 12 mile drive south of Santa Barbara, 15 miles north of Ventura and 80 miles north of LA. It is the perfect home base for exploring all that nearby Santa Barbara and the beautiful Santa Ynez wine country have to offer.
