GULF FRONT PET FRIENDLY CONDO

My children (14 & 10) took my husband to the beach for his birthday. We both work hard & enjoy to get a way and relax with the kids as often as we can. This place had it all. We packed all of our food and took it with us so we could save a couple of dollars. It was perfect, everything we needed to cook & clean inside as well as outdoor grills to use whenever we wanted. Did I mention Sharky's is right next door? We walked in one evening, when our friends came down to celebrate with us, grabbed some fresh oysters and just walked back to our room. It was great!! Looking forward to going back for my birthday - hint, hint Dr Kooti.

My family and I decided to go outside the box and rent a condo on a beach we had never been to and I am really glad we did. The owner was really great to talk to on the phone and with giving me the information I needed to gain access to the property. The Condo was in excellent condition. It was very clean and you can tell it is well managed. It really did feel like a home away from home. Our little ones had to take turns sleeping in the Bunkbed in a closet - Awesome Idea. They loved it! Everything was perfect. We ate most of our meals in the condo and everything was available for us to do so. Dishes/ Cookware/ etc... The internet access worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the two shower heads in the Master Bath was very nice. I brought the Wii just in case of rain and I was able to hook it up very easily but we never played. The enormous Balcony was great and I did not have to worry about my 2 year old being out there as the railings were very sturdy and bar spacing was pretty tight. The Treasure Island complex (where the condo is located) was very close to several restarants. Captain Andersens is rated very highly by Southern Living and is less than a mile away. The Marinas are fairly close for access to deep sea fishing or access to the Dolphin Cruise with Captain Andersens. The beach access was also great. I had access to beach chairs for about $20 - $30 a day depending on the season. I also took my oldest boys on the jet skis available on the beach. It was a little pricey but worth it. The most memorable times for us was our night swims in the pool and eating ice cream around the table before bedtime. We were about 10 miles away from Pier Park but I highly suggest it. Walked the pier a few times - go around dinner time to see all the action. Margaritaville was also a great place to eat for the kids. They make ballon animals for them. We also went on a Sunset airboat tour with Wild Things. This was awesome. The point is, you are close to everything without being in the center of all the craziness - and I would not change a thing. My sister and I rented this condo over Memorial Day weekend '09. We had a wonderful experience all around! The owner was a joy to deal with, he was very friendly and easy going and very readily available when we had any questions. The condo is beautiful! It is very roomy and has an amazing balcony. The balcony is very big and yet somehwat closed in on the sides and top so that we were able to hang out there during the rain that we got. Our only complaint was not having a hot tub, but we knew this going into it. The pool area was nice and clean and the beach access was great. We also loved the location, close to everything without being right inthe middle of craziness! I would highly recommend this condo!
