Things to do while in Montreal...:
Rich in Culture Festivals and Events..There are plenty of things to do and see only minutes from our vacation rental...
I would personally recommend: a dinner cruise on the night of the 'LaRonde Fireworks', a fine cuisine Dinner/Show a 'the Montreal Casino', a guided walking tour of the Old Port and the Lachine Locks, a visit at the Pointe-à-Calière Museum and the Science Museum, a visit to St-Joseph Oratory, an afternoon ice skating at the 2000Center (very friendly even for people who have never previously skated), attending some of our many world renowned Festivals ex. Jazz, Just for Laughs, etc.
For more information simply call us, it will be our pleasure to guide you.
Halloween = Free Candies+Entertainment+Fireworks!:
On Halloween Night, an entire park near our apartment suite is transformed to celebrate Halloween Night! It is hosted by members of the Lions’ Club, the local Firemen and the Police. These people have a strong presence and contribute to the security and pleasure of giving candies to the children. From the Haunted House to the Grand Fireworks Finale, you’re sure to have a Great Time! …oops,…I almost forgot,…It’s FREE!!!
Come Celebrate Quebec(June24) and Canada(Jul.1)!!!:
On both those dates there are many festivities, food, singers, and entertainment along the St-Lawrence River a few blocs from the apartment. The evening usually ends with a bond fire for Quebec day and Fireworks for Canada day. Those are dates well worth reserving ahead of time to guarantee availability.
Other Activities:
kayaking, boating, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, basketball, mini golf
