Our condominium is a first floor (ground level) manor. It is bright and airy and is well furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own bathroom and spacious closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a spacious closet. A pullout sofa is also available in the main living area. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and a spacious eating area. Wet bar is located in the main living area. Screened in Lanai overlooks the 17th tee as well as the waters that Kelly Greens is known for. The pool is just steps away that includes a hot tub and covered relaxation area as well as restrooms. Grill area is by the pool as well. Tennis courts are a very close distance. Entire gated community is well lighted with sidewalks along all streets. Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club is an upscale gated golf course and residential community. It is a championship course, Par 72. Only 3 miles from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach.
