The house built in the spot I chose. From its location, you can be anywhere in about 15 minutes. Attractions within that time frame include; movie theater, shopping malls, downtown, airport, Alaska Zoo, golf courses, and much more. There is a lot of space and the feel of comfort in this 1500 sq ft property that has a beautiful yard that is not fenced. You can see the mountains to the north, right off the balcony. Depending on the weather, the mountains can look small and far away. On other days they can look huge and up close. The sunrises from the mountains on the left, and sets on the city to the right. The Northern lights are a beautiful sight to watch. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, that they will dance in the sky as you wistles and make noise. The house is fully furnished with linen and appliances, and is kept clean, cozy and maintained. We keep cleaning products stocked also; laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and more...

The house is located in a very-well maintained neighborhood, and is within 15 minutes from many places; i.e. malls, stores, dine-ins, parks and more. There are walking trails all around, and a main area is the Hitltop Resort area that is perfect when taking pictures. The Hilltop has many walking trails during summer and there is skiiing during winter. The Alaska Zoo is down the road and much more. Drive the highway and see the wonder Alaska has to show; nature, wildlife, weather, berry picking,.....

  • Summer is a beautiful place in Anchorage to go fishing, hiking, sight seeing and more. Very beautiful scens and activities. The air force also holds an air show every year for everyone to enjoy. There are many city activities that are help on the park strip with bar-b-ques, games, parades, dancing, music and more. Come look at our museums that also have the Alaskan Native arts. August is our State Fair. Many activites and concerts.
  • Winter is a wonderful time for activities like skiing, ice fishing, snow machining, sledding, and more. In Feb we have our Fur Rondy Festival for the Iditerod Dog Sled Racing. Big attraction for Alaskans and Tourist. New to the Fur Rondy is the caribu run where people run with them. Many beautiful ice sculptures that people make. Every other year the AFN (Alaskan Federation of Natives) and NYO (Native Youth Olypics) is held in Oct. You can see many native cratfs, sports, dancing and more.

  • The two bathroom s are both full sized with plenty of moving room. Fully furnished; toilet paper, towels, hand towels, shampoo and conditioner and more. We keep everything clean and stocked.

  • There are three bedrooms, but in the open area that is downstairs we have a bunk bed set which the top is a twin as the bottom bed is a full size bed. The Master room has a queen bed, dresser with a mirror and is located upstairs. The Upstairs room is next to the master room and has two twin size beds. The bed room downstairs has a queen size bed that has beautiful eagles carved in the head and foot boards.

Notes: We have a little deck in the back, but it is not too big. It leads to the large open backyard. The balcony is the view to be at. Tis direction you see the mountains, the city, northernlights at night, city lights at night, the sunrise and set, and more.

Down the road.....: There is a lot to do and explore in Anchorage. Don't forget a camera because Anchorage has many beautiful views, wildlife, and activities. When you go to places like the Flat Top, you can see all of Anchorage, and at night it is all lit up. The Flat Top also has a gravity hill, that will pull you up the road. Many people like to hike up the trails at Flat Top and the Hilltop. There is an indoor golf course that is down the road off the side of the highway. There are resturaunts all down the road in any direction. Movie rental store and gas stations are a block away. H2Oasis is our water park, and it is nearby.

Ski: Hilltop ski resort is down the road (10min.) and many more around town. Flat top and Kincade park are with in a 20 min drive away. There is also the Alyeska Ski Resort that is down the Seward Hwy (less then an hour drive). These places are great during the winter.

Golf: There are a few golf courses around town that a couple of them are located within 10-15 minutes from the house. Anchorage also has an indoor golf course and it is located close to the house. No matter what season it is, if you like to golf, you still can.

Other Activities: Many community activities during summer and the Fur Rondy/ Dog sled races during Feb.
