Panama City Beach Vacation Rental townhome

This wonderfully decorated beach house has over 1600 square feet and spans over 2 stories. Downstairs starts with a newly refurbished large open kitchen. Complete with brand new stainless appliances, new cabinets and countertops. It has all the amenities that you would expect in your vacation kitchen. As you move through the spacious home you see the dining table with seating for 6. There you will also find a large living area complete with a queen size foldout couch, cable television, and a wet bar with a sink. There is also a full bathroom downstairs, as well. As you exit the back of the living room through the glass door you will find a huge deck over looking the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of room on the deck for entertaining guests or just relaxing in the sun and watching the kids play. There is a two tier walkway down to the sand and only a few more steps to the water. There is also an outdoor shower in the middle tier of the steps for your convenience.

The upstairs portion of this townhouse includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a spacious full bathroom attached, cable television and a nice deck. This upstairs deck is above the downstairs deck and offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also upstairs there is another bedroom with a full size bed. A jack and jill bathroom separates this bedroom from the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and is the perfect to accommodate the children in your party. We have just added Wifi.
