Be among the first to enjoy a brand new stylishly decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located near the Camp District of Water Color Resort. This home is perfect for up to three couples and six children. The home features two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor both with a flat screen TVs, DVD players, iPod connections and CD players. The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, French doors leading to a screened in porch looking out on a private wooded area. The master bath has a double vanity plus a tub and separate shower. The upstairs master bedroom has vaulted ceilings a king size bed, full bathroom and gas fireplace, the third bedroom has vaulted ceilings, two twin beds and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has four bunk beds with twin bed nooks, sleeping 6 total - with a full bathroom and walk in closet. Outside of the bunk room there is a kid’s nook, with a TV and DVD player.

Beautiful house -- great location

We stayed at this house for a week with our family and loved it. It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The house was spotless (and I am super picky about cleanliness) and it was very well-furnished. It is also very kid friendly and our two year old loved it. There is a very cool bunk room for kids with 6 bunk beds, all very colorful and there was a large tv area outside that bedroom. Our son and my neice thought this was great.

The owners were responsive, friendly and very easy to work with. They provided great directions about using this very state-of-the-art house.

I would definitely recommend this house and these owners. It was all-around a great experience.

Oh, and Watercolor is beautiful with tons of amenities and the convenience of a Publix right next door with none of the Destin crowds. We can't wait to stay at this house again in the future.
