November--April Special: $2,400 7 nights Beautiful new beachfront home with 3 large, air conditioned bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Second floor media room has a futon which will sleep 1-2. Sleeps 6-8. Each bedroom has a private bath. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, while the other two have king beds. The two upstairs bedrooms and the media room have sliding glass doors that open onto the second floor balcony which spans the width of the house and looks out over the ocean. The first floor bedroom opens to an ocean-side porch. This home is perfect for families or couples. The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and guest bath. The house is built in the colonial Spanish style with a private courtyard which showcases the pool. The pool includes a shallow end for children and a waterfall. There are two TVs with DVD players. Home has wireless Internet and Vonage phone with free calls to the U.S. and Canada. Media room has books and games.

Villa Encantamar is located just north of the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. This small town is a short 25 minute drive south from the Cancun airport. In addition, it lies only 25 minutes north of the popular tourist town of Playa del Carmen. Puerto Morelos offers a nice relaxing setting, away from the crowds but close enough for convenient access to the entertainment and attractions of the Riviera Maya. The town of Puerto Morelos has many good restaurants, a grocery store, ATM, English language bookstore, internet cafes, fresh fish market, snorkeling and boating tours. The community is a mix of locals and foreigners.
