More about Bella Casa: We are new owners for 2008 and have lovingly redecorated and outfitted this townhome for a comfortable and relaxing vacation in a gorgeous and casual North Carolina beach setting.

First level has two bedrooms, one with King bed and one with 2 Twins, both with private baths and a family room with a comfy queen sleep sofa (brand new and the comfiest we could find.)

Upper level has a Queen Bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Both levels have oceanfront decks with furniture.

A laundry area is conveniently located on the landing between the two living areas behind double doors. It includes a washer and dryer and an iron and small ironing board.

There is a small loft above the living area, with a desk and a nice view of the ocean. Makes a great hideaway for kids or if you must bring your laptop and do a little work. The guest bathroom is located on the landing between the living area and loft.

Entertainment Equipment: There are TVs in all bedrooms, plus a TV with DVD in living room on upper floor and in game room/sitting room on lower level which also has a Playstation 2. Other amenities include game table with chess, checkers and backgammon. Many DVDs, VHS movies, books and PlayStation games. Extensive Book of local menus and other attractions for your reference, along with area guidebooks and even books about the Carolina beach and local seashells.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops. Newer GE Stainless Steel Appliances. Dishwasher, Cooktop and Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice-maker. Toaster and Toaster Oven, Blender, Coffeemaker. Kitchen is well equipped with Pots and Pans, Dishes, Cooking utensils, and flatware.

On beautiful Topsail Island in Surf City about 1 1/2 miles from center of town and the pier. Nestled right behind the dunes, a private gazebo provides beach access. Ride, walk or bike to numerous restaurants and shops. Rent bikes or kayaks 5 minutes away by car. Wilmington is 30 minutes away with much, much more shopping, restaurants and things to do.

Curl up with a book or movie, or PlayStation game, enjoy chess, checkers or cards -- all available right in our townhome. Bring home some local shrimp or Tuna to cook in our gourmet kitchen or relax at an island eatery. More shopping and dining 1/2 hour away and historic downtown Wilmington 45 minutes away. Area golf courses open all year. There's lots to keep you busy all fall and winter on Topsail. Even in December & January usual daily high temps in high 50's or low 60's, and lots of sun. Beautiful Memories at Bella Casa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome located right on the ocean in Surf City. Just after we arrived, we stood on the deck outside our master suite that overlooks the beach and watched a large school of black dolphins swim by just a few hundred feet offshore! Everything inside was clean, convenient and designed for relaxation. Our family loved Bella Casa and are looking forward to enjoying it again next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful, Relaxing, Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here at the Bella Casa, Summer Winds "B" at the end of June 2010 and LOVED IT! The townhouse was decorated beautifully, was very clean and the layout was very spacious and accomodating with every bedroom having its own bathroom. The oceanfront location was awesome and we spent many nights on the deck enjoying the moonlit ocean and the calming winds. The unit was steps off of the beach and allowed for easy and short travel to the beach and is also positioned adjacent to the property's exclusive pool. Our family will definitely be returning to Bella Casa for years to come! Thanks for such an enjoyable experience!

Well, it is Friday night June 12th and we are sadly packing our bags to heard back to Virginia. We love it here and hate to leave. Your townhouse is wonderful. The view was just has beautiful as the pictures. We loved the sound of the waves at night and enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck watching the dolphins. We had never stayed at Top Sail Island before and we would love to come back again next year, if not sooner.

LOVED IT, LOVED IT!

We visited Bella Casa and were immediately hypnotized by the beautiful view. It was gorgeous. Didn't know whether to spend all our time watching the ocean from the balcony(s) or trotting across the dune to the beach. The townhome was very well equipped, immaculate, beautiful. The home location was far enough away from the busiest part of town so that the beach was not crowded, great for daily walks. We will definitely be back, just wish we didn't have to leave. Very relaxing. Best restaurant in town, Rick's Sports Bar and Grill - just over the high bridge!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family had a wonderful week in this beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable townhome! We awoke to the rising sun and a view of the emerald sea, relaxed in the lovely living area and on the deck,watched the dolphins.The kitchen had all that we needed for our family meals(we like to cook). We appreciated all the books on the area.Thank you for your attention to detail. I hope to stay again in the near future!
