5th Floor (Top Floor) center unit offers great Ocean views from the Living room, Master Suite, Dining Room, Kitchen and Balcony. Perfectly located between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons. The complex is within walking distance to may great restaurants! Close to many local attractions including Kennedy Space Center & Port Canaveral and only an hour from all the Disney & Universal Parks in Orlando. This spacious and comfortable 1,236 square foot condo will be the perfect place for your vacation or winter home. In October 2008, this unit has been completely repainted and recarpeted. Both bedrooms have King beds and the 2nd bedroom could be split into 2 twin beds. The 2nd bedroom has views of the Indian River with great Sunsets. A SLEEPING PORCH has been decorated and makes a 3rd room for sleeping. The HEATED pool is beautifully landscaped and is a great escape from the Ocean when a more privacy is desired.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and all of it's activities. Just north of the condo is the Cocoa Beach Pier with numerous bars and restaurants with lots of activity. Annual Televised Volleyball contests take place here. Many surfers like the surfing near the pier. Directly behind the condo is less activity for a little more seclusion. But just south of the condo is a public beach that again, has a lot of family activity. So you have the best of both worlds just a short walk from the door. Daily Room Service is available - cost is based on usage.

The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The unit is stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The view from the living room, master and balcony is definetly one of the finest we have encountered in our stays at Cocoa Beach. It's location between the pier and Ron Jon's makes so many activities within walking distance. We had a great vaction!!!

I rented this condo for a week with my mother and 2 sisters. We used to camp at Cocoa Beach many years ago and wanted to take a walk down memory lane one more time. The view is just great! There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen came fully equiped and ready for cooking. The condo was easy to find and made our trip all we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great view from the balcony, easy access to the beach and close to any shopping and/or sightseeing you would want to include in your trip.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Tom's condo in Cocoa Beach Florida. The condo was like home...roomy, comfortable and stocked with all of the essentials. The beach was clean, close and very relaxing. The view from the balcony was the best...the sunrise, our meals there, the ocean sounds...I want to go back. Mario and Cathy
