New 1 bedroom home located in the west end of Provincetown. The place has all new furnishings, including one of the most comfortable mattresses made. There's a gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and just about anything a chef-away-from-home could want or need. There's a 32' flat screen with DVD player in the living room. Cable TV and wireless internet. Laundry and 2-zone central A/C. Parking for 2 cars. Outside there's a patio, surrounded by gardens and located under the house (see pic). There's a small upstairs deck for reading and morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There's a gorgeous view of the Pilgrim Monument. There's a Weber Grill on the patio along with a 6 person dining table and chairs. The place is close enough to everything, yet far enough away to get-away. Just a 5 minute walk to Commercial Street, bars, gyms, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Year-round availability.

Five Star Luxury sums it up. My partner and I tend to be the most discerning travelers and this home not only met but exceeded our expectations. From the fully stocked gourmet kitchen you have an amazing view of the monument, a perfect backdrop for dining and entertaining. A very tastefully decorated home, the bedroom has a mattress fit for a queen. Even Leona Helmsley would approve! The terrific midtown West location provides walking distance to all, yet peace and tranquility at the end of the day! We plan to make this our home away from home when visiting P'Town.

Wow, what a wonderful little vacation home! The home was absolutely spotless and had luxury amenities galore. Plenty of room for a single person or couple. The neighborhood was very quiet yet was within walking distance to the major supermarket, restaurants and shops plus the home is right around the corner from municipal emergency services (police, fire dept. and ambulance). Jonathan the homeowner was very friendly and helpful both before and during my vacation and was just a phone call away if anything was needed. This home could very well be one of Ptown's best kept secrets! I know this is where I want to stay when I come back to town!
