The unit is strategically located in the heart of downtown Miami and is within a 10 minute drive of the world famous Ocean Drive and South Beach. I stayed in this unit while in Miami on business and it was perfect. Great location in the middle of downtown means that it was easy to get everywhere that I needed to be. Building is very quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. Owner is very nice and took good care of me! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This unit has it all. Nice decoration, nice space, nice owner and it has an excellent location. Is tru you do not need a car. Take the metromover, The bus and the Metrorail. Close to Bay Side and great restaurants. Can't complaint!!

nice place and nice price!

This apartment is very well located. You really don't need a car unless you want to go visit other places like the Keys.
Clean, excellent maintenance. The only thing that disappointed us a little was the size of the pool (too small). But this building is part of a large complex still in construction, so my guess is that it will have a nice size pool in the future.
If you decide to rent a car, the free parking garage is excellent.
Definitely recommended. Thank you Martha, it was nice doing business with you!
