This centrally-located Truro Cape is only three years old! You will feel at home in this cozy and modern home, surrounded by an emerald green lawn. Even though it's only minutes away from shopping and beaches, you will be intoxicated by the peace and serenity inherent on this gem of a property. Lots of windows let in generous amounts of natural light - or soak in the rays in the quaint backyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances and seating for four at the large center bar. There is seating for six more in the dining room with a slider off to the deck. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor - including the spacious master with queen bed - along with a full bathroom with tub. The second floor includes the third bedroom (full bed), a den with TV, and cozy bathroom with shower. The living room offers extreme entertainment - with large-screen HDTV, TiVo, premium cable tv package, and DVD.

This home is beautiful! Birds were chirping every day and we had actual wildlife in our yard each morning; a rabbit and a turtle.
The only thing I would recommend is a larger air conditioner on the 1st floor, the one that is there is to small.
The location of the house is ideal for anyone who wants to visit P-town but does not want to pay the high prices. The ride to town is 15 minutes. When your at the house Mac's seafood is about 5 minutes away and they have the best seafood I've ever eaten and the lobster was sooo cheap at $7.99 lb.
We'll be back next year for sure!
