Great Place to Relax

My family and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in July. The room was good, the view and beach was OUTSTANDING. The condo was VERY quiet, it felt like we were the only ones in the building. From the time we walked out of the room to the beach was less then a minutes walk. The beach in this area was extremely clean and you have as much room as you need on the beach. It was exactly a 1 mile walk to the Cocoa beach pier. The owner has beach umbrellas and chairs in the room for your use. The condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5, plenty of room. The fitness room was a bit weak, but a run down the beach makes up for it.
Owner's Response: Great VIEW, Quite area, Close to many Restarants and Half mile walk to pier. Close to Ron Jon surf shop. Beautiful Beach area with Great Location. Peaceful Vacation! Enjoy it as we did.
