Affordable Oceanview Studio with a private bath. Privately owned. Sleeps (1-4). Kitchenette with double burner electric stove, coffee maker, full refrigerator, grill, hair dryer, microwave, alarm clock, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning. A secured Internet modem was purchased for your internet enjoyment. Ocean breezes, the smell of salt air and the sound of crashing waves against the Daytona shoreline. This lovely unit has 1 Queen size bed and 1 Queen size sleeper sofa. This oceanfront studio is on the 5th floor, where you are only steps from Daytona’s popular beach. If you’ve come to relax or to have fun, you’ve definitely come to the right place. This unit has a private balcony overlooking all that Daytona has to offer. Read a good book or cool off with a swim in your choice of 2 pools(1 heated). If you’re an early morning riser, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise.

Great place to stay!

I emigrated from Switzerland (so sorry for my English - still working on it) and this condo was my first "home" in USA. To make it short: I enjoyed this place very much. The condo is not too big, but is very well equipped, even with all the kitchen-utensils and beach-stuff one could wish. The condo and also the property are in good condition and clean. The staff is very friendly, so is Rob who helped whenever it was necessary (big thank you for that)
The location is very close to everything, in fact you don't even need a car. Wish I could have stayed a little longer, but unfortunately, the condo was booked by some other guests.
I decided to stay in Daytona Beach for some more time, cause I feel great here, but have to look for another Condo - Hope it will be as great as this one!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great price, excellent location

My husband and I stayed in this studio condo for 2 weeks in May 2009 for our honeymoon. The location is excellent and close to EVERYTHING. Rob was quickly responsive to all of our questions and worked with our timeframe without any hesitations. We intentionally booked a small studio unit because we knew we would be out and about for most of our trip. The unit is small... but has everything you need for an extended stay; including coffee for the coffee maker, a descent view of the ocean, a small private balcony (which we used every day), boogie boards for the ocean, and the other guests were very friendly and helpful. The pools and patio are beautiful, well maintained, gated, and the views are WONDERFULl! We were pleased and impressed with our overall experience and look forward to making this an annual get-away vacation spot. Thank you Rob!
