Welcome to The Scarborough Family Beach House. Our newly furnished home features 5 bedrooms all w/ closets, dressers, TVs and A/C. Both floors have air conditioning. The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped and features a large refrigerator/freezer w/ auto ice-maker, new cabinets, pantry, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and plenty of seating for the family with 2 large dining tables. Walk through the kitchen sliders to the beautiful stone patio w/ outdoor furniture practical for the large family that cleverly can turn from picnic tables to bench seats, or both. The backyard is newly fenced and enclosed. The garage contains outdoor games, sand buckets and childrens toys for your pleasure. After a fun-filled day at beautiful Scarborough Beach, wind down at night in front of the 42'Plasma HDTV w/ DVD and free movie channel w/ 'On Demand' and wireless internet in the family room. We have W/D in the garage and also supply towels and linens for a minimal fee.

Good Vacaton in Rhode Usland

We stayed here July 25th to August 1st. The house was nice, it had plenty of parking, the fenced in back yard was great for the kids, and plenty of room to sleep. The only negative was that the floors seemed to be dirty? The couple we were with had a 1 year old and his knees and feet were dirty after crawling around....even on the carpet. It was in a good location, easy walk down to the beach. I would recommend this rental.

The owners were very easy to work with, they were helpful with questions we had during our stay.

The Scarborough Beach house made for a great family vacation! There were two families, 4 adults and 4 children and we were all very comfortable. The location was excellent just minutes to everything. We enjoyed three beach days, visting Newport, The Roger Williams Zoo and Taking the ferry to Block Island. The week was very relaxing and the house was clean and had everything we needed.

We chose to rent the linens and it was a bit difficult to wash and fold them prior to our 10:00 check-out time.

The rental process was very easy and the owners were a pleasure to work with.
