175 feet of level lake frontage. This charming year-round home in the heart of Finger lakes Wine Country, is on the East side of Seneca Lake gives you lots of outdoor space to enjoy. It has a large yard surrounded by privacy bushes (except for the lake-side) and a 50 foot dock with a boat hoist that holds a 35 foot boat. The sunsets are magnificent! Inside, on the first floor, is a combination living room-dining room, a sun-room for reading, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a queen bed, a medium-sized bedroom with twin beds, and a small bedroom with a single bed. (sleeps 5 comfortably). We are situated 9 miles from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. This is an ideal setting for Parents' Weekend. Enjoy Indian Summer and beautiful Seneca Lake.

This lovely cottage, which is actually a year-round home is 8 miles from Geneva, NY, 5 miles from the beautifully restored Rose Hill Mansion on Route 96A, Geneva, NY. We are 45 minutes from Ithaca, NY home of Cornell University and Ithaca College.

About Seneca Lake: Seneca Lake is making a name for itself around the world for the delicious wines that are being produced locally, and the beautifully scenic views particularly in the fall as the colors of the leaves turn. The lake itself is about 33 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. Beautiful Watkins Glen is at the south end of the lake and historic Rose Hill Mansion at the nort end of the lake with a number of wineries in between. Home of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, this is an ideal spot to stay for parents' weekend in October. Enjoy Indian Summer and beautiful Seneca Lake.

We were here for a week and we loved it. We rented a boat and tied it up to the dock and went fishing every day. The sunsets are beautiful and it's so quiet. The large yard gave us plenty of room for our dog to run in. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to "get away from it all".
