Jaco Vacation Rental condo

This is a brand new condo located close to the beach of Jaco. The condo was comfortable but it had a problem with the a/c breaker shutting off at various times of the day and night, which I had to reset almost daily. No dishwasher but the maid would hand wash the few dishes we had left in the sink usually, if there weren't too many. During the week we were there we did not have any sheet changes to our beds but did plenty of clean towels. Although it was close to the beach, it was HOT and inconvenient to walk the length of the main street so we wound up renting a car which was real reasonable and also allowed us to get groceries for the condo. Costa Linda has only a pool at this time...no jacuzzi/spa, no planned activities, no resturant or snack store on site. Hopefully they will add these later. When I called Home Away and asked if there were internet connections in the condos I was told there was...however when I arrived I was told there was not availability in our building yet. I was on a working vacation and the office was kind enough to let me bring my laptop down and sit there and do whatever business I needed to do during the day. I must say the office staff was great!!! Very accommodating and organized. Answered any questions we had and they were happy to help in any way they could.
I probably would search for another condo next time that offered more on-site amenities considering the cost of the extra-vacation I booked . If you just want a week away to swim in the pool and relax, this is a good choice.
